December 2008 Kuwait Finance House – IT Request System

Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) IT Service Department initiated this project to provide IT support to the whole bank in order to better manage its IT service requests and tracking.

This is an online ICT portal which serves as a one-stop information and IT service request system to all KFH staffs to all KFH staff, as well as to track the usage and request of IT related components on a bank-wide basis

CIMB officially launches its CIMB Clicks Mobile Banking today. CIMB Clicks Mobile Banking – it is the first to have Internet banking features and capabilities, compared with other mobile banking services which use SMS to make transactions.

CIMB Clicks Mobile Banking is built on Cyber Village’s iBankStar™ Mobile Banking solution.

CIMB Bank Berhad, the 2nd largest bank in Malaysia. CIMBClicks is the bank’s Internet Banking portal, implemented and maintained by Cyber Village.

BZHUB.com is a portal equipped with relevant facilities for those who wants to trade locally and/or expand their businesses to the international market. Instead of utilizing conventional auction style bidding like most auction websites, BZHUB utilized a more dynamic method that mimicked the real world, freestyle, live negotiation style.

BZHUB.com is a bespoke application providing B2B online trading functions designed and developed by Cyber Village.
27 May 2008 Hong Leong Bank launches new HLeBroking feature on Hong Bank Online

Hong Leong Bank (HLB) today launched their new HLeBroking feature on the bank's website, Hong Leong Online. The new HLeBroking feature on Hong Leong Online, allows customers to buy and sell shares online and via phone in a convenient, simple, fast and affordable manner.

Hong Leong Online is the bank's Integrated Financial Portal built on Cyber Village's iBankStar™ Internet Banking solution.
10 April 2008 Hong Leong Bank named Best E-Banking Project 2007 by prestigious Asian Bankers' Forum

Hong Leong Bank bagged Asian Banker's Best e-Banking Project 2007 with its Internet banking offering, Hong Leong Online. This was announced at the 2008 Asian Banker Summit awards ceremony in Hanoi, Vietnam last month.

The refreshed Hong Leong Online, which went live to customers in March 2007, was chosen by The Asian Banker as the Best e-Banking Project 2007 for the superior efficiency, convenience and speed of transaction delivered to its customers and users. Hong Leong Online bested regional submissions from Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Hong Kong and China for the same category. The prestigious IT Implementation Award recognizes the best emerging technology practices and benchmarks in Asia Pacific banks. It covers a spectrum of areas that include speed of processes, efficiency improvement, customer satisfaction, technical innovation and system design.
