Dr Foo Fatt Kah Executive
Director
Dr
Foo is the founder and CEO of Maida Vale Consulting Group
Pte Ltd, a specialist investment and consulting firm. He is
also the Asian venture partner for Aravis Ventures, a global
biotechnology venture capital firm.
Hitherto,
he had a 16-year career in Investment Banking spanning Europe
and Asia. He started as an equity analyst in London, working
with Robert Fleming & Co, Barings Securities and Paribas Capital
Markets. He was a rated analyst in the Institutional Investor
and Extel European polls. He returned to Asia in 1994 and
has lived and worked both in Hong Kong and Singapore with
Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Securities) and Societe
General (SG). He was latterly Head of Asian Equities and Co-Head
of the Investment Bank for SG Securities Asia covering 10
Asian countries. Dr Foo is qualified in Medicine (M.B., B.Ch.,
B.A.O.) and Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University,
UK.

Lee Yuet WaiNon
Executive Director
A
corporate lawyer by training specialising in mergers and acquisitions,
private equity investments, corporate finance, restructuring,
take-overs and leveraged buy-outs. He is currently Deputy
Chairman of Firstlink Investments Corporation Limited, an
investment holding company listed on the Singapore Exchange
and sits on the board of several public and private companies.
Mr Lee is also an advisor to Fortune Venture Investment Group
(FVIG) a global venture capital fund headquartered in Taiwan.
Mr Lee obtained his LLB (Hons) from the United Kingdom. He
is admitted to the Bar in Singapore and United Kingdom.
