Some of the creative team's roles and responsibilities during project development include:

	Design and develop creatives using various tools and applications, depending on client or solution needs
	Work in project teams with project-specific responsibilities like:
	- Work closely with business consultants and analysts to understand client business requirements - Plan, research and gather required information or data, if necessary - Develop and review overall theme and concept development for the solution - Design user interface elements, graphics and animation elements for a site, supporting the branding, visual and stylistic needs defined by client or project team - Develop blueprint of designs/ layouts for discussion and approval - Present theme and concept to Business team and clients for acceptance - Develop the creative using the appropriate tool/application - Manage and monitor own work schedule, priorities, deadlines and quality of work
