issue management and change request processes, expectations

Work
closely with application development and web design
team leaders to manage and monitor solution development
to ensure compliance to specifications and on-time
delivery |

Project
Management - Managing and monitoring project risks,
status, timelines, issues, change requests and budgets
on an on-going basis |
|
Providing
point-of need consulting expertise to clients (e.g.
provide alternative perspectives, recommendations
and industry-specific best practices) |
|
Ensure
quality delivery of solutions to clients |
|
Being
subject matter experts (SMEs) and providing e-business
point expertise during the project development |
|
Oversee
test planning and execution effort, review for accuracy,
completeness and smooth execution of test plan |
|
Plan,
monitor and review development of training and communication
material for effective roll-out of the solution |
|
Work
with clients to define and plan all required cut-over
and roll-out activities for a successful go-live |
